Bio
Tal Heinrich is an Israeli journalist and spokesperson based in New York. She was called up on Oct. 7, 2023 following the Hamas massacre to speak on behalf of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office to the international media.
Throughout the war, she has given hundreds of interviews to top media outlets and led daily briefings from the National Public Diplomacy Directorate.
As a multi-lingual public speaker and news anchor, Tal reported and provided analysis on U.S. politics and foreign affairs for Israel's Channel 14 news, Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) and wrote about Middle Eastern affairs for ALL-ISRAEL-NEWS. She previously hosted a daily primetime show on i24NEWS, covered the United Nations and produced for CNN International from Jerusalem during the 2014 Israel-Gaza war.
In 2013, Tal worked as parliamentary assistant at the German Bundestag as part of its flagship International fellowship program. She is fluent in English, Hebrew, Arabic and German.
Tal holds a B.A. in Arabic literature and history, and a master’s degree in Contemporary Middle Eastern Studies.
